What We Provide

CheckoutChimp helps you protect and optimize your payment infrastructure. We provide tools for:

  • Gateway protection
  • Smart routing & fallback
  • Approval rate optimization
  • Fraud prevention

We provide the system, you run your business.

You Must

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Operate a legitimate business
  • Follow all applicable laws and payment processor rules

If your business violates regulations or processor policies, we may refuse or terminate access.

Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • Your transactions
  • Your customers
  • Your products or services
  • Compliance with providers like Stripe, PayPal, etc.

CheckoutChimp does not act as a payment processor or merchant of record.

No Guarantees

We improve performance, but we don't control external systems.

  • Payment processors can still decline, flag, or freeze accounts
  • Approval rates are not guaranteed
  • Chargebacks cannot be fully eliminated

You use CheckoutChimp at your own risk.

Billing & Subscriptions

  • All plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

We may update pricing with notice.

Third-Party Services

CheckoutChimp integrates with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • Their downtime or failures
  • Account bans or restrictions
  • Policy changes or decisions

Your relationship with those providers is separate.

Security

We use secure, compliance-focused infrastructure.

Prohibited Use

You may not use CheckoutChimp for:

  • Fraud or illegal activity
  • Circumventing payment processor rules
  • High-risk activity without proper compliance
  • Any use that harms our platform

Violation may result in immediate termination.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms
  • Your activity creates excessive risk
  • Required by law or partners

No prior notice is required in critical cases.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckoutChimp is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or profits
  • Payment processor shutdowns
  • Chargebacks or disputes
  • Business interruptions

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
